Shipping Policy

At Izquierdo Electronics, we ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our Houston, TX store. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — FREE on orders over $75
• Standard Shipping (under $75): 3-5 business days — $7.99 flat rate
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — $14.99
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $29.99

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days, contact us at info@izquierdoelectronics.com or (832) 338-3378.

In-Store Pickup

Local customers can choose in-store pickup at our Houston location. Call us to arrange pickup, and we'll have your order ready at 3419 W Orem Dr, Ste G, Houston, TX 77045.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.
