Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Izquierdo Electronics. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software or digital downloads
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Special order or custom-configured items
- Refurbished items (covered under separate 90-day warranty)
- Earbuds and in-ear products for hygiene reasons (unless unopened)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@izquierdoelectronics.com or (832) 338-3378 within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will email you a Return Authorization number and return instructions
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories
- Ship the item to: 3419 W Orem Dr, Ste G, Houston, TX 77045
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
